Had a post-op chat online with my hip surgeon today. He says that operations are able to proceed if they are dealing to a genuine condition causing pain and/or danger to health. Best wishes for an unencumbered process - after an enjoyable Tongariro trip.
Had to leave the house today - picking up medication - and was thrilled to see no-one on the roads. Drove past 3 supermarkets with no queues. We can do this. Again and again if necessary. When we hear the team of 5 million we all go straight to All Black mode (though I would rather be a Blackcap).
loved your comment about the alert - same sentiment here..then I had a conversation with a French guy who has been in NZ since the last lockdown and he was in a room of 40 last night at a hostel when their alert arrived......😳
